How do you give expression to exceptional differing emotions? On the one hand, we are having a blast during our holiday ... and so is my bank manager. On the other, my dad is burying his brother today, on Christmas eve. During a time of giving, some of us will be giving away more than just a present - we will be giving away something or someone very close to us. I guess in some instances there is really no joy in the giving. My heart goes out to my family, who this morning will have to say goodbye to a loved one, and tonight share in the joy of the children as they receive their christmas presents.
